How do I obtain an RFQ?
You will need to register and obtain access to our site in order to see your customer specific pricing. After you have registered, you will be provided an account and log in information. After you log in, you can search our site and add items to your RFQ cart. You will see a list price with your specific pricing for each product. For some of our products, more information will be needed in order to provide a quote. In that case, a Contract Administrator will contact you.
How do I see prices for products?
You will need to complete a form to register for an account. Afterwards a Contract Administrator will create an account for you and provide you with log in information.
What is the standard lead time?
Standard lead time for parts that are in stock is 2-3 weeks after receipt of an acceptable order, subject to prior sale. For parts not in stock, the lead time will be provided with the Quote from your Contract Administrator.
Is it possible to expedite a part?
For in stock parts, the applicable expediting charges are identified on the RFQ cart page, and vary depending on how quickly you need the part. For parts that are not in stock, please contact your Contract Administrator to see if expediting is possible, and what charges may apply.
