Where can I find the purchase policies?
Currently our site is a Request For Quote system. The ability to place orders is coming soon!
How do I obtain an RFQ?
You will need to register and obtain access to our site in order to see your customer specific pricing. After you have registered, you will be provided an account and log in information. After you log in, you can search our site and add items to your RFQ cart. You will see a list price with your specific pricing for each product. For some of our products, more information will be needed in order to provide a quote. In that case, a Contract Administrator will contact you.
Can I purchase products on this site?
Currently our page is a RFQ system. The ability to purchase products directly on our site is coming soon!
How do I return an item?
Please contact your Contract Administrator for information related to a return.
How do I see prices for products?
You will need to complete a form to register for an account. Afterwards a Contract Administrator will create an account for you and provide you with log in information.
What is the standard lead time?
Standard lead time for parts that are in stock is 2-3 weeks after receipt of an acceptable order, subject to prior sale. For parts not in stock, the lead time will be provided with the Quote from your Contract Administrator.
How do I determine who my Contract Administrator is?
Your assigned Contract Administrator will be listed under your Profile on the Home Page.
Where can I find my Request For Quote history?
Your Request for Quote history can be found under your Profile on the Home Page.
How can I request a quote or get more information about Framatome Services?
Go to the Contact Us page and complete the form. One of our Contract Administrators or Product Managers will contact you.
How do I view my previous requests for quote submitted on this system?
On the Home Page, when signing in, select My RFQ History.
How do I update my profile?
Please contact your Contract Administrator.
How do I add a comment to my request?
This feature will be added at a later time. Please contact your Contract Administrator referencing your request for quote number.
How do I get a price for a part that doesn't have one listed?
Please contact your Contract Administrator of if part is found on website, enter item in RFQ Cart and Submit Request.
Is there a charge to obtain a C of C?
To receive a manufacturer's C of C for Limitorque items, there is a charge, which is identified on the RFQ Cart page.
What are the standard payment terms?
Standard payment terms are Net 30.
Is it possible to expedite a part?
For in stock parts, the applicable expediting charges are identified on the RFQ cart page, and vary depending on how quickly you need the part. For parts that are not in stock, please contact your Contract Administrator to see if expediting is possible, and what charges may apply.
My Country does not appear on the Request an Account or the Contact Us Form. Where do I enter it?
If your country is not listed in the drop down selection on the Request an Account or the Contact Us Form, please type it in the comments box.
